Beautiful chalcographic work done by American Banknote Company in New York.
Multicolor printing inks of a bright and intense tone.
The obverse portrait shows the famous finance minister who carried out the Spanish confiscation, figure of a woman representing Justice and at center an infant vignette with symbols of Agriculture and Industry.
On reverse a very impressive work of geometric frets and in center the Spanish Coat of Arms of the House of Borbon, flanked by columns of Hercules with ribbons with the legend "Plus Ultra".
Reverse in an intense dark brown printing ink.
Specimen made and finished in the original paper of emission and only known next to another one left in American auction in much lower quality (PMG 55)
Even the Bank of Spain doesn't have it in their collection.Extraordinary Rare and UNIQUE! PMG graded 62 Uncirculated (best exemplary known in the world)
