Great Britain. Fourpence, 1701 NGC MS62. S.3549; ESC-1884. William III. GBA for GRA in obverse legend. Obverse draped laureate bust right. Reverse crowned numeral denoting value. Struck in the penultimate year of the monarch's reign this mint state coin is not only one of the finest examples of a William III Groat it is an unlisted error which matches that regularly found on the threepence! Top grade William Groats are rarer than the sixpences, shillings, and even halfcrowns. NGC graded MS-62. Estimated Value $350 - 400
