MONTENEGRO: 5 Perpera (1.10.1912) in dark green. Arms at center on face. S/N: "32374". Total pieces 80.000 that were issued and they were annuled with hole. Only 649 pieces were not annuled and from them they mainly burnt and destroyed. Less than 15 pieces are known today which are complete and not annuled. Inside holder by PMG "Very Fine 25". (Pick 3a).
