1901 Opening of First Federal Parliament in silver with ring bar suspension, red ribbon & scrolled brooch bar in blue enamel. Silver medals were for Mayors & Councilors but the scarcity of this medal appears to indicate very few were purchased by councils. Lightly wiped, near EF. (P)
