Inscribed "Via Brindisi & Vienna" - an unusual route instead via Constantinoupolis used sometimes for dublicate - boxed "PD" via "ΚΕΡΚΥΡΑ*11.ΜΑΙΟΣ.72", "TRIEST*27/5/72" and an ambulant railroad canc. in Russia dated 18 May 1872, arr. 5l greyish green (pos.97), used. Deformed "5" (Kound. 51.5.a), position not mentioned in Koundouros study under this case. This is the 2nd copy we found. Very fine and very important to identify the sequence of the printings. (Hellas 39c).

5l emerald in strip of 3, with double control number (Kound.51.2), canc. "ΘΕΣΣΑΛΟΝΙΚΗ (ΤΟΥΡΚΙΑ)*?.ΦΕΒΡ.75". Very fine in appearance but left stamp with an ironed out creas, while middle stamp torn at bottom. Right stamp very fine. Overall still fine for this scarce in used strip of control number error. Impressive colour shade. (Hellas 39dNoI).

Pos.97 stamp touched at a part at top but very rare and important for determine the settings. Very rare and impressive item. (Hellas 39e).
