Lebanon Ottoman Offices. Incoming underfranked cover from Krebs, Indiana, USA sent on 9/1/1902 to Amchit. Taxed in Beirut by Ottoman Post Office using 2 Piastre Tax Due stamp (Isfila n 198) cancelled on 30/1/1902. Red pencil manuscript "Byrut-aki bost-hane kredi 2 qrush" (Credit of 2 Piastres of Beirut Post Office). Very small repair in a cover's corner not diminishing its rarity. RARE THE INCOMING COVERS TAXED IN LEBANON.

Lebanon Ottomans Offices. Post card written in the monastery of Deir al-Cherfé on 22/6/1905 and sent from Attarin (Lebanon) to the Propaganda College in Rome Italy. Franked with 20 paras red (Isfila catalogue n 201) cancelled by Oval ottoman bilingual postmark “ATARIN SUCCURSALE POSTE BEYROUTH” in black. Arrived postmark on 7/7/1905. B. Longo photoexpertise. Lebanon Ottoman Offices. Stationary card of 20p red written in Damascus but sent from DJEZZINE using CDS apposed on the back dated 26/3/1906. Continuing, arrived in Beirut where the CDS in Arabic dated 27/3/1906 was affixed two times. Reached destinatary in Hamenz Germany on 4/4/1906. SCARCE.

Lebanon Military Postal History. 1954-1963 Collection of ten covers sent by Military Postal Mail (two also mixed by ordinary postal system) with several Military seal of various military corps.
