Austrian Lloyd 1863: Arms 2 s. yellow, perf. 14, a horizontal pair used on 1863 Printed Matter rate cover to Constantinople (invoice only), tied by superb strike of "BURGAS" circular datestamp (Aug 15) in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 936). The earliest recorded use of this datestamp on an Austrian Levant adhesive (Tchilinghirian records 1864). Illustrated in "Austrian Levant Post in Bulgaria" by Dr. G. Popov on page 28. An important entire in superb quality, believed unique.
