1935 Postal stationery envelope 20k. blue from Palgazan to a professor in Leningrad via Kyzyl in 1937, cancelled by "PALGAZAN TUVA/37 2 ..." c.d.s. in violet, uprated on back by 1934 15k., 1935 'Squirrel' 3k. and 1936 2k. all tied "KYZYL TUVA/19 2 37" c.d.s. in violet, and with two different Leningrad '2.3.37' arrival datestamps alongside. Envelope opened a little carelessly (short tears at top and upper right) and few stains on back. Nevertheless, a RARITY OF TUVAN PHILATELY AND POSTAL STATIONERY WORLDWIDE. Signed "MIKULSKI".
