"The enclosed damaged mail matter was received from New York & Pittsburgh Railway Post Office train 22, due to leave Pittsburgh, Pa., at 11.14 p.m., January 22, and arrive North Philadelphia Station 7.19 a.m., January 23. This train was wrecked at Girard Avenue Bridge, Philadelphia, Pa., January 23, 2.10 p.m."
