1932, Japan-Manchoukuo registered combination cover, Aug. 17/18: China stamps use-up, junk 5 C. pair tied "CHANGCHUN 22.8.18" (Aug. 18, 1932 - still with republican year 22 in characters) with Japan 14 S. frank tied "MOUKDEN 17.8.32 I.J.P.O", on front "CHANGCHUN I.J.P.O. 18....2" transit, to Harbin. 4 S. special letter rate within SMRZ plus 10 S. registration. - Manchoukuo postal service started 1932.7.26 and issued its first stamps.
