1918 Russian postal stationery envelope 20k. blue surcharged "Eesti/(Rakwere)/15", size 146x120 mm, cancelled by "WESENBERG ESTL." 1918 double-ring datestamp, and addressed, no further postmark, with a light horizontal fold near bottom otherwise fine. A GREAT RARITY OF ESTONIAN PHILATELY. Only 26 envelopes 20k. (small and larger size) were surcharged for use in Rakmere.
