Italy Tunisi office incoming mail, envelope sent from Constantinople on 16/6/1880 to Italian Post Office of Tunisi franked 50 paras using MIXING postage by 1 Piastre and ¼P/10p (Isfila n 91 and 111). Not showing Italian steamer entry seal it is believed that it arrived perhaps with steamers of another nationality, perhaps Turkish. Small dc postmark of Italian Post Office in Tunisi dated 14/2/1879. SCARCE AND INTERESTING.
