1862/63: 1 s. deep green, on pelure paper, perf. 13 at Dunedin, a fine example of magnificent colour, used on cleaned 1863 cover from Dunedin to Glasgow, endorsed 'via Marseilles, under ½ oz', tied by barred DUNEDIN oval handstamp in black. Reverse with 'Dunedin / Otago' cds (April 18) and Glasgow arrival cds (June 12) in black. An attractive and scarce cover. Cert.
