1891: Fiscals and Telegraphs postally used group of three covers, comprising registered cover franked with Telegraphs 2 c. and 10 c. with fiscals 1 c. (fault) and 3 c. sent from Caldera to Santiago, also a similar envelope franked with Fiscals 1 c. and 5 c. in combination with two 2 c. Telegraphs, sent to USA and taxed with USA postage dues and US postage to back, and a small calling card envelope franked with a Fiscal 1 c. and two single Columbus 1900 2 c. rouletted sent from Santiago to Avignon, redirected to a Military hospital in Algeria and further readdressed to Sidi-Aissa; additionally a heavily redirected cover with a combination of 1900 Columbus rouletted 10 c. and two German Reich 10 pf., a s good in fair to fine condition with just a few faults, scarce selection.
