1889 (Jan): "Palomitas" Coro-La Vela imperforate labels with diagonal "CORREO DEL / KOMERCIO" overprint in violet, with ½ r. on blue, 1 r. on pink, 2 r. on green, 3 r. on lilac and from a different font and the 'Porte Libre' on yellow; the set of five values unused. The 'Porto Libre' yellow example was used by subscribers to the service and thus there was no charge, the other values were sold for each particular service as required.
