Austrian P.O. 1867: 2 s. yellow, 3 s. green (two examples) and 15 s. brown, used on 1870 entire letter to Livorno, addressee's name excised, all tied by "VARNA" thimble cds's (June 6) in black (Tchilinghirian 885) with "P.D." alongside in black. Livorno arrival on reverse. A fine and rare make up of the 23 soldi single rate.
