1855-56 Pedro V (straight hair) 100r, used group incl. five singles and a vertical strip of three, incl. cancels "12" of Azambuja (tone spots), "58" of Celorico de Bato (good to large margins, small corner crease), "42" of Setubal (toned, ex Salgado), crisp "208" of Faro (pinhole from embossing drop out, corner crease, ex Salgado), "51" of Funchal, Madeira (toned, embossing drop-outs), "220" of Fafe on vert. strip of three (cut into at top otherwise good to very good margins, crease between stamps), and "192" of Beja (3 margins), an attractive and difficult group.
