Israel 1948 Interim - Safed commercial cover mailed to Haifa. Franked 10 Mil local stamp of the 2nd setting type 5, tied by large local postmark dated May 6 1948 (1st day of usage). Back flap slight open uneven. One light vertical wrinkle at left, otherwise VF. Muentz photo certificate and with his tiny micro handstamp between stamp & cover margin.
