Transfer by courier to the Haifa post office where 10 Mil Doar Ivri stamp added to pay the delivery letter rate. Stamp tied by Haifa p/m dated 28.6.1948. The cover delivered to Tel Aviv address as indicated on front, Back flap open uneven. F-VF & scarce.
