Palestine Postal History - Double rate registered large size cover from Jerusalem to Holland. Franked total of 2 Piastre plus 10mils = 3 Piastre, tied by Jerusalem OETA p/ms 18.6.1919 alongside Egyptian postal handstamp box "E.P.C"   E.P.C  stands for Egyptian Postal Commission which was the postal authority in Egypt during the British occupation period.  Back side of this cover with additional Jerusalem OETA p/m June 19 1919 alongside Cairo transit p/ms and Amsterdam arrival postmark.
