"TILSIT F. 17.12.68" three mostly clear cancellations in black on folded letter with red chalk marking "1" (Groschen) to Königsberg with arrival postmark. The envelope with fold marks and two paper remnants left, otherwise in well overall condition. Very unusual letter with several cancellations in black, so far only three covers with black Franco cancellations have been registered
