China, 1897 Large Narrow Surcharge on Dowager 3rd printing 10c. on 9ca. grey-green with sheet margin at foot, variety surcharge inverted, deep colour, outstanding centring though just to right, but within large to huge margins, intact perforations all round, fine to very fine and fresh unused with much original gum.
