1903 (Jul 14) Imperial 2nd postal card, front portion of double card, with colourful hand painting on reverse, registered sent from Chihli Shuntekfu to Belgium,uprated by CIP 1c x 3 & 10c, tied by Shuntekfu tombstone marks, along with "R" mark, oval Chengting, Peking datestamps, Shanghai Chinese PO and French PO transit and Belgium arrival cds. Rare registered used Imperial postal card.

1903年7月14日清二次雙片之正片，自直隸順德府掛號寄比利時，加貼蟠龍1分票3枚、1角票一枚，銷順德府郵政局碑型戳，旁蓋"R"字掛號戳、正定郵政局、北京郵政局等橢圓形、上海中國郵局、法國客郵局等中轉戳和布魯塞爾到達戳。片背後有精美彩色手繪。掛號實寄的清片罕少。
