Choice to Gem Uncirculated condition but the front printing is a little light or possibly faded, P.C. Kao signature, S/N 1775126, amazing note in any condition and possibly the finest known for the issue. The PMG census lists 3 additional notes with the highest graded in AU, this note far surpasses that grade. BEPP.
