1922, USA, Railway incident, cover from Boston 18.8. to Kingston/Jamaica with label on reverse "POST OFFICE NEW YORK, U.S.A. (Foreign Station, Irr 726) / This letter is part of the contents of a poach (mail sack) found December 3, 1922 under a passenger platform of the Pennsylvania Railroad Station, New York, when railroad employees were repairing a conveyer. The pouch was from Boston, reached New York by train no. 171 August 19 and had evidently been rifled.", finally delivered 20.12. and redirected locally.
