Austrian Post Offices 1844/68: The collection (53 entires/covers) with Bucharest covers from 1837 with straight line "BUKAREST" handstamps (Tchilinghirian fig. 707) in black with 1837 entire to Vienna, 1842 to London (both disinfected), 1847 and 1853 entires with "BUKAREST" two line dated handstamps (figs. 709/710) in black to Weisskirchen and Vienna, 1855 cover to Constantinople, 1854 usages to Vienna and Paris, "BUKAREST" circular datestamp (figs. 713/714) covers to Syra, Greece (disinfected), 1855 prepaid example to Triest and unpaid to Paris, 1856 entires to Lyons and Paris and 1864 usage to Saxony, 1868 North German Confederation 2 sgr. blue on cover to Bucharest; Braila covers with two line dated "IBRAILA" (fig. 728) struck in green on 1855 disinfected entire to Syra (rare), 1857and 1863 usages in black to Kronstadt and France, 1861/63 entires prepaid to Syra, Triest, Livorno and Paris with "FRANCA" (fig. 731) and 1867 entire to Vienna with "JBRAILA" cds (fig. 730) in black and 1858 with oval "Agenzia Del Lloyd Austriaco / Ibraila" in blue (fig. 827); Galatz with 1857 entire with oval "Agenzia Del Lloyd Austriaco / Galatz" in blue (fig. 828), "GALLATZ" two line dated handstamps (fig. 741) on 1851/52 disinfected covers to Genova, 1853 cover to Genova with handstamp in green (with date inverted), 1856 cover to Jassy and late use in 1856 to Constantinople, 1860 cover with "GALLATZ" cds (fig. 743)  to Genova, 1862 with same cds in blue to Marseille, 1868 to Paris with datestamp in black, "GALATZ" cds (fig. 744) on 1865 cover to Marseille and Paris, Giurgevo with 1865 cover with circular datestamp (fig. 748) in black to Galatz;  Jassy from 1840 with "JASSY" straight line (fig. 753) on disinfected cover to Genova;  1844 (first year of use) with two line dated "JASSY" handstamps with entires to Genova, Czernowitz, Marseille (all three disinfected), circular JASSY datestamps from 1857 entire to Paris (disinfected) and 1860 and 1863 entires to Paris both all with cds in blue (one is prepaid); further examples of blue cds on prepaid cover to Syra and unpaid to Vienna etc. Condition generally fine to very fine throughout.
