1965 4d Puarangi (flower) chalk surfaced paper, specialised study of used stamps on 14 pages comprising plated examples & dated examples (singles: earliest 5 June 1966, latest Dominion Road 14 October 1966, covers: 13 June 1966, latest Atiamuri 19 May 1967) showing that distribution & use was restricted to only some North Island Post Offices. Also incl R17/12 = mint example, RPSNZ (2018) Cert & R9/9 retouch x 3 GU/FU [1m; 72 singles, 2 blocks of 4, 1 block of 6, 11 others & 5 covers]. CP alone cat $10,000+ as used only.
