The 1891-O dime is rarely available in such a superior condition. In fact, there are only five pieces certified in MS67 between both of the major services; three are at PCGS, two are NGC. The fully brilliant surfaces are heavily frosted, and the die flow lines in the fields and at the margins give the coin a slightly matte-like appearance.
