1861/62: Perkins Bacon printings, 10 c. bright blue, a used horizontal strip of six on 1864 cover to Buenos Aires, Argentina margins just shaved at top but large on three sides showing portions of seven adjoining stamps, tied by somewhat blurred INUTIL obliterators in black with VALPARAISO despatch cds (Dec 24) in red at lower left. An unusual cross-Cordillera cover in much above average condition.
