Telegraphic dispatch with franked dispatch envelope - Poste Restante: 2 Groschen blue with clear horseshoe cancellation "BERLIN 25.7.72" (Spalink 1N4a) on registered form envelope "Telegraphische Depesche" in local traffic to Baron Bresa at the main post office, poste restante, with issue cancellation and accompanying dispatch. The fresh colours of the stamp (postage stamp) are well embossed, well perforated and in perfect condition, the envelope has opening faults on the margin and reverse. So far, only a few registered and franked dispatches in local traffic are known, here as a postage paid R local cover up to 250 g; a great breast plate scarce, signed Hennies BPP with certificate (1976)
