1943: 'Obelisk', the Souvenir folder containing the full set of the five values handstamped surcharge in Amharic and English at top, at center the '3/11' and '1943' and each value surcharge increased by 5 cents, tied by 'Addis Ababa' datestamp 4 November 1943, some creasing to folder and soiling, otherwise fine, a rare survivor; one of 40 sets with the handstamped surcharge which were intended as gifts for VIPS from H.I.M. Haile Selassie I, normally found in unused sets.
