60 reis grey, Worn Impression, a fine large margined example used on reverse of 1845 entire letter, fully docketed inside from 'Ithagoahy, 24 June' to Rio de Janeiro, the adhesive tied by over-inked "TACOAHY" framed handstamp (Ayres unlisted but recorded by Meyer) in brown. Recorded in "Bull's Eyes" by H.Bunselmeyer Ferreira on page 92. Illustrated in Juchert "Bull's Eyes on Covers" on page 198. Extremely fine and exceedingly rare-the sole recorded Bull's Eye cover from Tacoahy. Cert. Moorhouse (2013).
