1889: President Soto, complete set of ten working die proofs in black, plus an additional 10 c. value showing a progressive state, all with printers guide rules, several numbered and three dated endorsements (Feb. 89), together with two vignettes of Soto portrait in black, one with manuscript number '1043', a very appealing and rare group. Additionally, comes with complete set of ten values in small imperforate Waterlow proof sheets of nine in various unissued colours and set of ten values in imperf. blocks of four in the same or similar unissued colours.
