Russian offices, CENSURED envelope sent from Shanghai on 22/5/1915 to England, franked 10kp with 2kp green and pair of 4kp red stamps overprinted "КИТАЙ" (Michel n 21a and 23b) cancelled by "ШАНХАИ ЗАГРАНИЧН. П. КОНТ. * * a" (Shanghai Foreign Postal Office). The Russian Censorship provide to cover partially the postmark by paper and affixed the oval purple censor seal "В СКРЬІТО ВОЕННОЙ ЦЕНЗУРОЙ" (Hiddenly by Military Censorship) together a purple square censor mark "N 40" with signature.
