Foreign Post Offices & Occupation issues; Russian Post Offices in China 1903: Registered cover to London endorsed "via Siberia" with China 1898/1906 Coiling Dragon 2 c. red (5), 5 c. flesh and 10 c. deep green (4) tied by Shanghai cds's (Oct 27) used in combination with Russian "KITAI" 10 kop. deep blue block of six, similarly tied at the Russian P.O. in Shanghai (Oct 28) with cyrillic registration label adjacent, London arrival on reverse (Nov 21). Cover with minor imperfections and opened for Exhibit display but a fine commercial quintuple rate cover.
