⅓ Groschen green with plate flaw "dot at bottom R in GROSCHEN" (field 14) in block of four with three normal stamps and two single stamps each with clear boxed cancel "BRESLAU OBERSCHL. BAHNF. 4.8.74" on postal insinuation document (short tear above centre) to Opole with issue cancellation. The fresh colours of the stamps are well embossed, the tiny separated block of four perforated as usual, the two single stamps slightly toned or tinted, the left single stamp with a sticker fold and one short perf at bottom, in good overall condition. An exceptional multiple franking, in connection with the plate flaw certainly a unique postage paid, signed Bühler, Richter, Barkemeyer as well as certificates Sommer BPP (1992) and Dr Zill BPP (2024)
