Jewish Brigade mail: 12(?) JU 46 family correspondence ex TLV (r/a GIVATAYIM) to relative in Jew. Bgd. BAOR, franked 10m per inland letter rate (should have been 20m for non-UK surface mail - but not taxed), tied by strike of local pmk; airmailed as b/s 22 JU 46 FPO 690 (ANTWERP) arr. but as soldier demobilized, redirected back as OAS mail (oddly w/address in Heb. on front; r/a in Eng. on back) & arr 12 JY 46 at RG; slit open left & bottom, some worm holes near edges. Unusual postal handling.
