1900: The Queen Victoria 2 d. Registration Envelope, 1 d. ultramarine proof envelope, mounted upon 'Appendix' sheet, annotated "Dec 17th 1900 / S. Nigeria / Req. 110/99", sheet measures 201 x 331 mm., folded at bottom horizontally leaving out 65 mm. which has a date and initial in red ink "17/12/00". A very fine and important item.
