1866 (February 27): cover from Stockholm to Amsterdam, franked with two 1858/72 5 ö. green, single 9 ö. violet and 30 ö. brown, each tied by Stockolm cds, two different black "Franco" handstamps, 3-1/2 (silbergroschen) in manuscript credit to the Dutch post office, reverse with Lübeck / Lauenburg TPO transit (5 Mar) and Amsterdam cds receiver in red, vertical fold clear of adhesives, else a fine three-colour franking.
