90 reis grey-black, Early Intermediate Impression, the used horzontal strip of five from Composite Plate State C (positions 14-18) showing most of the horizontal outer frameline at base and complete at right, good to large margins all round, individually cancelled by framed "CABO FRIO" handstamp (Ayres fig. 1248) in red-brown. The left adhesive with diagonal sealed cut, severed and re-joined. Illustrated in Juchert "Ochsenaugen im Viererblock" on page 62.
