1854 (Aug 1): Swan 1 d. black, a vertical pair showing portions of adjoining stamps at top, base and at left, imperceptibly shaved at right, used on 1855 cover front from Fremantle to Perth, lightly cancelled by void obliterators in black with oval "POST OFFICE / ♚ / FREMANTLE / WESTERN AUSTRALIA" handstamp of despatch at right and manuscript dated at lower left "7/12/55". Rare.
