1891/1951: Specialised collection housed within a green Marini album, unused and used on 25 pages. In the main the assembly is of a good standard, with a number of complete sets and Specimen sets and a detailed study of the high-value varieties and shades/paper. This includes singles used and unused, blocks of four and multiples incl. 1903 Definitive unused set of nine values 1 d. to £ 1 fresh and very fine (Gi 59-66), complete set and specimen set of the thirteen values from the 1921/33 ½ d. to 10 s. (Gi 100-113) which leads to a more technical examination of the George V 2 s. to 10 s. values (Gi 190-111 & 113) with several examples of the "Break in Scroll" variety. There is an unused block of twenty-five of the George VI 2 s. 6 d. black & red on blue showing requisition number '595' and part Plate Number "1" (Gi 140). Some flaws and faults although a well above average collection Gi = £ 14'500+
