David James, No. 8 Company 2/4th Regiment to London, concessionary rate paid by Great Britain 1 d. red tied by London "30" numeral obliterator on arrival and showing duplicated strike at right, counter-signed by Commanding Officer at lower left. London arrival cds (March 20) on reverse in red. Typical soiling and closed tear at top and flap tear but rare. Signed Holcombe.
