"87" and adjacent Ra2 "MANNHEIM 24 Sep" on registered blue linen envelope of 7th weight class, with red L1 "CHARGÉ" slightly overlapping the 3 Kreuzer to Frankfurt/Main. Usual traces of transport, otherwise perfect. The only known such postage paid imperforated values in the Postal Union, with an already extraordinarily scarce postage paid combination (registered only twice on letters to England).
