1846 N-2 R2 Repunched 1 VF30. Ten points sharper but there is a small patch of verdigris under the E in CENT and a collection of faint hairline scratches around the date and stars 12 & 13. Otherwise the surfaces are smooth and attractive, free of any notable defects. Glossy chocolate brown. Very rare TDS, die state f, with clearly defined rim cud breaks at TES and AM. Tied for CC#7 of only 10 examples known in the Grellman census. The repunching on the 1 is clear.
