1846 N-26 R5 Tall Date, Repunched 1 F15. Nice glossy light to medium chocolate brown. Smooth and attractive for the grade with only trivial contact marks. A tiny scratch across the Y in LIBERTY is the only notable defect, and it is barely visible. LDS, die state c, with extensive crumbling in the legend outside the wreath. The horizontal line through the center of the upright of the 1 is clear. A decent example of this tough variety, tied for CC#12 in the Grellman census.
