1921/1953: Group of five International reply coupons 1921 type, one with 35 c. surcharge to USA and one with 45 c. to Germany with twin globes design with framed 35 c. among others, additionally a selection of 1953 'Lastra' $ 4 orange (x11) and $ 5.50 carmine on yellowish (x1) Parcel Post cards in small format, each fresh and fine unused, scarce (H&G N37+N38), an excellent and unusual lot (x16). 1859: First Issue, 2½ c. olive-green, horizontal strip of three, positions 4-5-6, used, cancelled by a blue "MEDELLIN / FRANCA" framed oval, left side cut into otherwise large margins, tiny pin hole and thin, otherwise fine and scarce. Cert. Bortfeldt (2008). Additionally, comes with a selection of three singles and a horizontal pair of the same stamp in green, olive green and deep grean, all used. Ex the Brian Moorhouse Estate.

1859: 5 c. violet, block of four, Stone A, used, "CHOCOTNA / FRANCA" pre-philatelic cancel in black as well as a manuscript cancel in pen, four clear to large margins all round, fresh colour, vibrant printing, small thin top right corner, otherwise very fine and rare; second largest multiple recorded. 1859: First Issue, 20 c. blue, used, cancelled by Medellin datestamp, 11 September 1859, the third earliest dated stamp of Classic Colombia and the first for 20 c., three good to large margins, strong colour, a diagonal crease and small kink, otherwise fine, an important and rare example. 1860: 10 c. yellow-orange, left side marginal strip of three, unused large part of original gum, positions 11-12-13, variety "Inverted stamp" position 12, giving also a "tête-bêche" pair, good to large margins all round, very attractive with the left side selvedge, vibrant oily colour, rare Scott = $7'000. 1860 (March): 20 c. deep blue, Stone B, a very fine mint horizontal pair, large margins all round and in an excellent rich shade, two additional spots of color on right hand stamp below each figure '20'. Slightest of bends on left stamp and minor aging of no real importance, with small part original gum. There are but three pairs known of this stamp in unused condition, this pair with the largest margins and probably the finest. Cert....

1861:  2½ c. black, horizontal pair, used, cancelled by "BOGOTA" pearl oval handstamp in black, margins close at top right and bottom left otherwise good to large, fresh vibrant colour, attractive and fine, rare; one of only four known used pairs recorded. 1861: Third Issue, 5 c. yellow-buff, horizontal pair, unused, with large part original gum, good to large margins, some thinning to reverse, very scarce multiple Scott 14 = $800+ as two singles. Cert. Bortfeldt (2008). Ex the Brian Moorhouse Estate.

1861: Arms of New Granada, 5 c. yellow, unused, large part original gum, block of four, clear to large margins all round, fresh colour, some creasing, although remains attractive, scarce; signed H Bloch Scott = $1'600+ for singles.  Ex the Brian Moorhouse Estate.

1862: New Granada, 5 c. yellow, the famous Laarsen reconstructed sheet of 54 stamps (9x6), with two blocks of 24 stamps being the largest known multiples of any value of the New Granada issue, a vertical strip of four (positions 19/28/37/46) and a vertical pair (position 41/50), most stamps with large margins all round and with full sheet margin surround, whilst there are faults and some creasing, most are of excellent colour and freshness....

1861: Third Issue, 5 c. buff, horizontal pair, used, cancelled by a fine strike of the scarce "SOCORRO / FRANCA" oval in black, good to very large margins, strong shade, very attractive, rare multiple. Cert. Bortfeldt (2008). Ex the Brian Moorhouse Estate.
