1894 (6 January): Wrapper to Assen, Van Gorcum correspondence, franked with 1889 2 d. olive bistre, perforated 12½ x 12, overprinted "Swazielan" in black, variety "d" omitted, tied by neatly struck Bremersdorp squared circle, reverse with indistinct transit and Assen receiver (8 Feb), some creasing clear of adhesive, a rare franking, particularly desirable as a single usage paying the correct printed matter rate.

1899: Two registered covers to Arnhem, the first franked with five pairs of 1889-93 1 d. crimson lake, the second with strip of seven, two pairs, and six singles, all cancelled by "TI" obliterator and struck with oval "Registered / Turks Island" datestamp, some creasing and small flaws, most notably to the larger 1s. 7d. franked cover, but unusual and striking frankings.

China 1898 (July 11): Cover to Haarlem franked with 1898 10 c. deep green Coiling Dragon, tied by large Peking double-circle cds, alongside Hong Kong 1888 5 c. ultramarine horizontal pair cancelled Shanghai (22 July), reverse with Shanghai large double-circle (29 July), same-day Hong Kong cds, and Haarlem receiver (31 Aug), the odd tone spot, else fine.
