1932 (May 1): Victoria Falls 3 d. deep ultramarine, an unused vertical pair, variety "Imperforate Between Horizontally", of fine rich colour with part of Printer's guideline in-between the stamps at right, three minor age spots on perfs. not affecting the frontal appearance, unmounted og. The sheet with this variety was found at the Bulawayo Post Office in 1935. Wonderful and tremendously rare Gi = £ 40'000.

Note: The lot is sold with an exccellent article from the "Rhodesian Philatelist" No. 35 pages 623-628 with a nigh on complete census on this variety. According to this census the stamps are position 27/33 on the sheet of 60 subjects.
