1851 (May 15): Prince Albert 6 d. slate-violet, imperforate on laid paper, a used example with ample to large margins all round, lightly cancelled in black. Cert. RPSL (1972) Gi = £ 1'400.

1919: Caribou 3 c. brown used on 1921 First Flight cover flown by Major Sydney Cotton, addressed care of the Postmaster in St. Anthony, tied by "St. John's" machine cancel (Feb 26), with straight line "AIR POST St Anthony" below in black of arrival. Scarce and fine Muller 7 = 4'000 pts.

1919: Trans-Atlantic Air Post $1 on 15 c. scarlet, unused block of four, original gum, well positioned, showing variety 'no comma' after "POST" on bottom right stamp, as well as "A" of "AIR" under "a" of "Trans", fresh printing, rounded perf. lower corner, otherwise very fine and scarce Gi = £795+ priced as singles.

1862/1947: Assortment with 1862/64 2 d., 5 d. chocolate, 6 d., 6½ d. and 1 s. on hand-paper, unused examples with good margins (Gi = £ 585), 1919 $ 1 on 15 c. bright scarlet used on piece, 1932 unissued $ 1 deep blue unused (3), 1933 Airmail set unused, 1935 Silver Jubilee set of four perforated "SPECIMEN" large part og. (Gi = £ 200), and a useful range of First Flight or Airmail covers (15) and some interesting articles on same.

1897 (June 19): Jubilee unused set of sixteen values to $ 5, of good colour, well centred, all with hinge remains, the four key values all with hinge remnant from prior mounting. For accuracy the $ 3 has one short perf. Otherwise the odd very minor imperfection across the 16 values. A fine set woith large part og. Rare and difficult to assemble Gi = £ 6'000.

1857-2010ca: Chronologically organised collection of Canadian stamps, including Newfoundland with two stamps from the first issue, thereafter spanning from the late 19th century to the 21st century. This collection features many intermediate values, such as '50 c. from the Jubilee issue of 1897' and '1 Dollar airmail from 1919', meticulously selected for their cancellations and housed in one stockbook. Multiple Crown CA, perf. 14, an unused example, of fresh colour, nicely centred, showing variety 'Dented frame', good perfs. although tone spot in base otherwise very fine, large part of og. which is lightly mounted. Rare example with just nineteen possible examples Gi 16a = £ 5,000.

1908 (Feb 12): Provisional 2½ d. black handstamp by J. H. O'Sullivan (Inspector of Police) on 4 d. brown & blue, a used example, tied to small piece by part George Town cds in black, a rub to surface and soiled, otherwise a respectable example of this rare stamp. Cert. RPSL (1920 signed E. D. Bacon) Gi = £ 3,500.

1900/07: Collection of material predominately unused, with large part og. some unmounted, including a complete run of sets (Gi 1/16 & 1s/16s) as well as matching specimens of the same (x2 sets Gi 3s/7s), noted additional examples with varieties including a used example of the 1902 6 d. brown "Dented frame" of fresh colour although has a vertical crease, lightly cancelled (Gi 6a = £ 750), also an unused example of the 1902 ½ d. green with...
